You can request a payout from the ‘royalties’ page (top menu bar) in your account. We need some additional info, including your bank account name and number, to process a payout. You can use a different bank account for each payout, so there’s no need to worry if your details change.
You need to have earned at least €20 to request a payout via the website. If you are cancelling your subscription and still have money on your account, contact us to request a payout.
All payouts are processed within 14 days. Depending on your bank it can take a few additional days for the money to appear in your account due to international transfers. Your bank might also charge a currency conversion or transfer fee, we unfortunately don’t have any control over this.
If your payout is not processed within 14 days, please double check your spam folder to see if we have requested additional info. If not, drop us a line and we’ll look into it.
